Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruitment of staff at store level (Stewards, Captains and all utility staff) & support upcoming outlets.
- Should be capable of using all channels to source the required staff and close within agreed time frame.
- Recording every grievance of the staff and Speedily redressing of grievances.
- Financial benefits administration like salary, statutory benefits.
- Non-financial benefits administration like Uniform, Staff meals, ESI cards, UAN Registration, etc.
- Daily Attendance Tracking & Reporting.
- Maintenance of Staff Employment Dossier.
- Staff Welfare Initiatives.
- Discipline Management.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate should have about 2-4 years of experience in HR including the knowledge and ability of bulk and volume hiring.
Candidates should be from Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitality and Retail industries only need to apply.
