To prepare and maintain the place of service stations and pantry.
Make available a sufficient supply of china, cutlery and glassware before and during the service
Remove grimy dishes as they accumulate
Obtain all equipment needed for the service
Cleans tables after the departures of the guests
Keep service station clean and tidy
To arrange tables and chairs as instructed
Shows and instills in staff a concern for quality and expenses with food cos.
To train and brief his staff on daily business & volume of preparations.
Is responsible for performing on the job training regularly, to maintain consistent standards.
Maintains direct control of food to outlets by use of transfers
Ensures that hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained up to the Company Standards; this includes all work areas and sanitations
Responsible for maintaining in general the Kitchen equipment and informing the Engineering Department in case of problems in the same.
